At Mosaic, we are in a 60'x60' blackbox and we are able to choose our audience layout.  Here we chose a full front layout.    Radio Golf takes place in my hometown of PGH in the Hill District at an architectural office.  The interior is a realistic design that breaks away at the edges revealing other store front areas unused in staging.  This breakaway treatment is a visual concept illustrating the wrecking ball demolition of buildings that are at the heart of the play.  Also the playing area and side rooms are at different heights sloping down to visually hint at being on one of PGH sloping streets.  A ramp upstage of the set allowed us to see actors crossing outside to reinforce this idea.
