Palm Beach Policemen's & Firefighter's Ball 2021

     As lead Designer, I worked closely with Globadyne Production and Design and Tom Mathieu and Company to put this design proposal together for Palm Beach Policemen's & Firefighter's Foundation Gala Ball 2021.  We tossed a few theme ideas and landed on "Vintage Values" in the world of a Norman Rockwell painting.  With an emphasis of celebration in simpler times, we went to create an outdoor park plaza with a fountain as the visual highlight in the middle, and a classic gazebo backed by the water on the end.  

     Up against Covid restrictions a usual indoor event was pushed outside into a tent.  For this, I created four quadrants separated by pathways, spacing each table's seats to opposing table seats at 6' apart.  I then added in four VIP raised single table gazebos with their own pathways, two photo ops,  four custom bars, light poles, tent pole wraps, hanging swing seating and various decor and lighting to support the chosen theme. 

     Unfortunately this event was canceled, so we never got to the stage of custom branding throughout and the small details.
